Ownership

All resources sold through SilverbackHQ are original works created by SilverbackHQ / SilverBack Education, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Standard Teacher License

• One purchase grants one teacher a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource in their own classes.
• You may edit, adapt, print, and present materials for your own teaching.
• You may share copies with students you directly teach.

Not Allowed

• Redistributing files publicly, including on marketplaces, forums, shared drives, or social media.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or giving away the original files or modified versions.
• Claiming authorship of the original resource pack.

School / Department Use

If multiple teachers need the same resource, each teacher should hold a valid license unless a separate multi-user agreement has been made in writing.

Digital Delivery

Purchased products are delivered as digital downloads. Please ensure your device and software can open common file types such as PPTX, PDF, DOCX, and image files where applicable.

Free Local Access

If you experience a genuine access or file issue, contact support and we will resolve it promptly. Access is free while SilverbackHQ is being rebuilt locally.
