Use of the Service

SilverbackHQ provides tools for teachers and students. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Teachers are responsible for the links they share with students.
• Students should access the service only via their teacher or school.

Student Data

Student answers and results are stored to provide feedback and teacher reporting, and are automatically deleted 30 days after a test is completed. Teachers can also delete student data within the platform.

AI Marking

AI feedback is provided to support learning. It may be imperfect and should be reviewed by a teacher when used for assessment.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Content Ownership

Teachers retain ownership of their content. By using the service, you grant SilverbackHQ permission to process content to deliver the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest version.
